(Stats. 1935, p. 1226, as amended; 2 Deering's Gen. Laws [1937], Act 8780d; 3 Deering's Gen. Laws [1944], Act 8780d.) The judgment set aside a decision of the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board which denied such benefits to the claimants.
